The latest group of Technical Recruiters is hard at work in our branches, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Jamie Dexter, Tyler Sell and Desiree Smith are recruiting consultants in our Chicago branch, Shelby Mills is working in Denver, Reid White is finding candidates in Minneapolis, and Chelsea Gorris is a member of our St. Louis branch.
We’re looking forward to the results these recruiters will deliver for our clients and our consultants. We know they’ll do a great job, because they’re all graduates of our unique and intense 15-week training program.
We described that program in a previous post. It includes training in Boolean search techniques, OFCCP compliance, technical capability assessment, and other skills. It also includes practice sessions and several weeks of actual job experience.
That means they’re not completely inexperienced, even though these technical recruiters are new to the job.
