Born in Seattle, WA, growing up in Sioux Falls, SD, and living in Minnesota since 2000, Micah Stevenson is a true Northerner. With a range of talents and interests, Micah ran track, sang in choir, played in band, and played basketball in high school. He graduated from the Minnesota School of Business and is married with one daughter.

This Branch Manager’s interests range from skiing off-piste, reading Historical Nonfiction, relaxing at the lake with family, and donating his time to charity. His bucket list includes Skiing on the Swiss Alps, getting a book published, and to have a membership at Club 33.

"I was drawn to IT staffing in 2010 after making a career shift from the Finance Industry. I cut my teeth on providing IT Solutions and Staffing with Technisource. I love the competitive nature, being a trusted advisor to my clients, the everchanging technologies always keeping me on my toes learning new things, and the ability to impact an organization in a positive way while helping them achieve their goals."

Reid WhiteTechnical Recruiter

Born and raised in Springfield, IL, home of LRS, Reid White has gone to colder weather in Minneapolis, MN as a Technical Recruiter. When not in the office he enjoys watching sports including football, basketball, baseball, and golf - he tries to attend as many live sporting events as he can. If he’s not watching, Reid is playing golf or basketball with a group of friends.

He aims high on his bucket list with a goal to see the Chicago Bears win a Super Bowl. He would also like to start a sports podcast with Kerry Burns and Jeff Johnson and aims to have a better wardrobe than Micah Stevenson.

Reid was introduced to the staffing industry after he ran into LRS at two consecutive job fairs while attending the University of Kentucky. "The thing I enjoy the most about staffing is working with different people, from all walks of life. Everyone has a different story."

Associate Recruiter Megan Hackett loves everything about Minnesota, especially the Minnesota State Fair. Megan grew up in Coon Rapids, MN and graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Human Resource Management.

When not in the office, she can be found spending time with family friends. Megan also loves happy hours, coffee dates, and sporting events. With a star-studded bucket list, Megan has meeting an A list celebrity and being an extra in a movie at the top. She also hopes to one day have the courage to cut her bangs.
