Meghan GarmanTechnical Recruiter

Beyoncé’s “Diva” would be the walk up song for this Technical Recruiter on our National Accounts team. Meghan is always ready to hit one out of the park to get a win for her team.

As a National Accounts team member, Meghan recruits for clients with multiple locations all over the country. Being outgoing, dramatic, and loving helps her do her job well.

Meghan loves dogs and grilled cheese. In fact, she’s conducting an ongoing search for the world’s greatest grilled cheese sandwich.

The social aspect of IT staffing is what drew Meghan Garman to her career. “I love talking to a variety of people and listening to their experiences,” she said. “I care about the people I speak to and enjoy looking for ways to help them.”

Brandon NelsonTechnical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter Brandon Nelson was drawn to the IT staffing industry because every day presents a different situation to handle. He didn’t want a monotonous job that wouldn’t be interesting each day.
Brandon works in our St. Louis office and loves music; he’s known to sing and beatbox in the shower. “Cruise”  by Florida Georgia Line would be his walk-up song. He’s Comical, confident, energetic, outgoing, and interesting.
Hoop Dreams by Ben Joravsky is the book he’s recommending to friends, and running across America just like Forrest Gump is the number one item on Brandon’s bucket list.

Melissa RussoTechnical Recruiter

She showed up for her first day at LRS too dressed up, but Melissa Russo may have remembered her worst fashion transgression—wearing only Pac Sun jackets throughout high school.

Everyone sees Melissa as kind, smart, and adventurous, and skydiving is at the top of her bucket list. Andy Grammar’s “Honey I’m Good” would be her walk-up song.

Melissa is a Technical Recruiter on our National Accounts team, working in our Kansas City office. She loved recruiting for her college sorority and saw IT staffing recruiting as a great fit. She has the ability to connect with candidates, understand what they’re looking for, and also connect with the client to make sure it’s the perfect fit for both.

Daniel StephensTechnical Recruiter

Daniel Stephens believes his high levels of enthusiasm and energy are keys to his success as a Technical Recruiter in our St. Louis office, and his walk-up dong would be Katy Perry’s Firework.
He’s known as a hard worker and he plays hard, too. His favorite things outside of the job are working out, watching sports, and eating. Apparently in that order.
Daniel absolutely sings in the shower, and going on safari to see animals in their natural habitat is at the top of his bucket list. Appearing on the TV show “Ballers” is pretty high, too, because he’s always wanted to be a sports agent.
