Matt CrouthersBranch Manager

He’s both high-class and country, with a reputation for superior hunting and fishing skills. In fact, Matt Crouthers, Branch Manager in our St. Louis office, would be a great contestant on the reality TV show “Survivor” because he would never starve.

Matt has a reputation as a hustler, but he once lost a moon walking contest to Chris Walters, our Vice President.

Fozzy Bear is the Muppet that best describes Matt. He’s not totally fluff though; a wild game hunt is the top item on his bucket list.

Vikki WhitefootSenior Manager

Sure, she’s a Senior Manager and she’s in charge of our National Accounts team and she created the comprehensive training our Associate Recruiters go through, but Vikki Whitefoot is really known for favoring text messages over emails. And sometimes she sends a text to the wrong person.

She’s also known as a little ball of fire who identifies with Animal, the frenetic and loud drummer of the Electric Mayhem Band on The Muppet Show. Vikki would be a great contestant on “Survivor” because she’s as tough as they come.

Vikki’s walkup song would be anything by Adam Levine, and watch out when she’s at a St. Louis Cardinals game; rushing the field during a game is the top item on her bucket list!

Mark JohnsonRecruiting Supervisor

There was the time Mark Johnson, Recruiting Supervisor in our St. Louis office, thought he would pull a prank on a recruiter. Mark stood on a chair, and, when the recruiter came around the corner, jumped out and yelled really loud. Great prank! Except the person he scared was a consultant instead of the recruiter who was the intended target.
When he’s not pulling pranks, Mark is known to be hard working, trustworthy, motivated, and determined. His walk-up song would be “It’s Raining Men,” which he sings while waiting for meetings to begin.
He’s a huge Cubs fan who was drawn into the IT staffing industry by his brother Jeff, who works in our Springfield, Illinois, office. He recommends the Mark Cuban book How to Win at the Sport of Business to his friends.
And some think he resembles the Muppet Bobo the Bear because he acts ferocious but is just a big old cuddly bear inside. When he’s not trying to scare someone, that is.

Rob ColomboTechnical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter Rob Colombo recommends Enron: Smartest Guys in The Room to his friends. He was drawn to the IT staffing industry because of the variety it offers, or as Rob puts it, “It’s something different every day.”

He also enjoys the fun-loving team in our St. Louis office. Rob likes to hang out with family and friends and is always up for anything involving the St. Louis Blues.

He’s driven, he’s loyal, he’s goal oriented, he’s happy, and believe it or not, he’s clean!

Kevin JovanovicTechnical Recruiter

Technical Recruiter Kevin Jovanovic celebrates every Friday in our St. Louis office by singing Rebecca Black’s “Friday,” and he knows every lyric. But “Friday” wouldn’t he his walk-up song; “Hustlin’” by Rick Ross would.
He obviously identifies with Animal, the crazed Muppet who plays the drums for Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem, and he just as obviously sings in the shower. Swimming with sharks is the activity at the top of Kevin’s bucket list, and he would be perfect on the reality TV show “Jersey Shore.”
Yeah, he’s funny, ambitious, and outgoing, enjoys fishing, lifting weights, and playing bags. But those Under Armour flip-flops were definitely Kevin’s worst fashion transgression.

Maurie PlassmeyerOffice Administrator

As the Office Administrator in our St. Louis office she’s uber nice, she’s patient, and she’s a lot of fun. In fact, her walk-up song would be Cyndi Lauper’s classic, “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.”

Winning the lottery tops Maurie’s bucket list, and she would obviously be great on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Maurie doesn’t sing in the shower, but she identifies with Cookie Monster because she loves cookies. Who doesn’t?

Hilary HertensteinAccount Executive

Account Executive Hilary Hertenstein has probably never had a fashion transgression; she’s all about the fashion, especially at work in our St. Louis office.

The reality TV show Hilary would dominate is “The Apprentice” because she’s a boss! She’s also classy, sassy, and completely fabulous. After all, she identifies with Muppet Miss Piggy because of her attitude.

Drake’s “Back to Back” would be Hilary’s walkup song, and becoming a social media superstar is the top item on her bucket list.

Krystal KingInternet Sourcing Specialist

For Krystal King, Internet Sourcing Specialist in our St. Louis office, getting a start in the IT staffing industry was an opportunity she just couldn’t pass up at this stage of her life.
