For the sixth year in a row, we’ve won the ClearlyRated Best Of Staffing Client and Talent Awards.
We’re obviously thrilled by the news, because these awards are based completely on the ratings given by our clients and the permanent and temporary employees that we’ve placed with our clients. It’s really a report card on how we do business.
So here are the hard numbers: We received satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 out of 10 from 80.6 percent of our candidates, up from 77.1 percent last year, and from 90.4 percent of our clients, a jump from 70.5 percent. Both of these results are significantly higher than staffing industry averages, which are 18 percent for high candidate satisfaction and 28 percent for high client satisfaction.
Those numbers make us feel both honored and humbled, especially this year. As our Senior Vice President, Chris Walters, explained in a previous post, we worked harder than ever to keep in contact with clients and candidates as we all dealt with COVID-19 restrictions. It’s very rewarding to learn that our work is appreciated.
Just as we’ve done every year when these awards are announced, we’re going to relish the honor that accompanies them. For a couple of minutes.
Then we’re going right back to work finding the right fit between our clients and candidates, and finding ways to support everyone until the pandemic is behind us. That’s our passion, and we’re not the type of people who enjoy sitting around looking at awards.
